teaching without filler

I had to comment.  I just had to.  While reading a tutorial on changing line types for different wires (Optimizing Wiring Line Styles in Revit for Better Readability, just below the video), I wondered why this person had so much filler in their writing.  It turns out that it was a transcript of the guy talking.  Now all that is fine – how people speak is their own business – but why so much filler?

“And so now what we’re going to do is we’re going to go ahead and change the line type,” rather than, “We will change the line type.”

And so what we’re going to do now is we’re going to go ahead and

Can we not cut out all that superfluous crap?
