Been working long hours recently, getting 1403 up ready. Both arms have had tennis elbow for two weeks.
The suite won’t be ready in time, so I’ll have to make two deals with the tenants
- For every day that necessities are still being worked on while the tenant occupies the suite, I’ll cut rent in half.
- For every day that finish work is done (trim boards, light switch covers, cabinet pulls, etc.), I’ll let them decide what days I come in.
Not idea, I know, but a compromise must be reached.
Also, why isn’t how spelled whow to create 6 Ws rather than the 5 Ws plus how?
